These outreach efforts have been integral to determining the full potential that virtual artifact collections can have in all aspects of the stewardship of the world’s heritage. Virtual Curation Laboratory (VCL) personnel have provided presentations or demonstrations to a wide variety of audiences since the founding of the VCL in August 2011, ranging from the general public to professional archaeologists. ![]()
